To help prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we will be temporarily transitioning some in-person visits to telehealth visits (via video chat). Appointments that will be conducted virtually, include:
- All well-child checks of 3 years of age, or older*
- Follow-up visits, as appropriate (e.g. behavioral health, ADHD, acne, constipation, etc.)
- Other sick visits, as appropriate
*vaccinations will be deferred to a future nurse visit
Our staff will contact you prior to a telehealth appointment to give detailed instructions. At the time of your scheduled telehealth visit, you will be asked to enter the provider’s virtual waiting room on https://miltonpeds.doxy.me (HIPAA-compliant video chat, no download required). This platform can be used with most smartphones, tablets, or laptops. If you do not have access to a device with a camera, please inform our staff and we will set up a phone call with you instead.
