We have a call hour daily from 7–9 a.m.

Our office nurses are available to assist you Monday–Friday, from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. and 2–5 p.m.

We use a voicemail system to manage our calls. Generally the nurses are able to return your call within one hour. During busy times (Mondays, winter months, and flu season) it may take a little longer.

Please use our daily call hour to discuss management of an acute illness. If you feel your child needs to be seen for a same day sick visit, please call early in the day. Our nurses are trained to work with you to assess your child, in conjunction with the doctors, to help decide if an office visit would be appropriate. We book “sick visits” on a same-day basis. The nurses are available all day to answer your questions, get messages to your child’s physician, provide routine child care information, and discuss growth and development.

On weekends and holidays, we are open for urgent care appointments only at the Braintree office. Our nurses are available to assist you during these mornings as well.
